Seniors to Seniors Project

The Windsor of Cape Coral, working through Lee County Library Outreach Services Manager, (Kathy Mayo) is pleased to announce the participation in the Seniors to Seniors Project with FGCU senior communications majors. This program assists in training volunteers to offer programming for older adults to include intellectual stimulation and the discussion process. The program will also provide inter-generational contact between the students (randing in age from 22-30) and the residents of The Windsor of Cape Coral. Students will utilize services, equipment and support through the Lee County Library System and the student's professor, Dr. Maria Roca, will take an active role in the progress of this program as well. The students are scheduled on Mondays and Thursdays in both our Assisted Living and Reflections Residences. The program duration will be approximately 6-8 weeks.

When to Consider Assisted Living...

Founder's Club Growing!

The Founder’s Club is getting bigger and bigger every day! Members are sharing their life enrichment program ideas, allowing The Windsor to create activity programs of interest and current with today’s seniors interests. In addition to our Activity Center, we offer the opportunity to share favorite recipes in our Country Kitchen. We will encourage all of our residents to participate in programming meetings, but don’t miss the chance to start now by becoming a member of the Founder’s Club.

Reflections Memory Care

Caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s or other memory impairments is very personal, loving dedication to service. It requires service for specific and individual needs.
