Introducing... Carla Davis!

The Windsor of Cape Coral is proud to announce Carla Davis as our new Residence Director. Carla has over twenty years experience in retirement communities in Southwest Florida, and holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Northern Colorado. Carla has received multiple awards for her excellent leadership skills, training and employee development skills; the most notable recognition was by her peers and Classic Residence by Hyatt as Cabinet Member of the Year in 2006.

Carla's commitment to integrity, compassion and excellence will be a perfect fit with The Windsor's Philosophy of Care, compassion and commitment to enhancing the lives of seniors.

Founder's Club Growing!

The Founder’s Club is getting bigger and bigger every day! Members are sharing their life enrichment program ideas, allowing The Windsor to create activity programs of interest and current with today’s seniors interests. In addition to our Activity Center, we offer the opportunity to share favorite recipes in our Country Kitchen. We will encourage all of our residents to participate in programming meetings, but don’t miss the chance to start now by becoming a member of the Founder’s Club.

Reflections Memory Care

Caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s or other memory impairments is very personal, loving dedication to service. It requires service for specific and individual needs. At Reflections, our trained staff will work closely with family members and friends to assemble a “Life History” indentifying the personal experiences of each resident.

Through the “Life History”, we get to know the personality behind the person, fostering a one-to-one association more like “friend to friend” rather than “staff to patient”.
